Beta Login password problem

I got opening message notes from NL on both our accounts telling me to login to our beta account and test it out - the only problem is I get a "you've entered the incorrect password, please try again" error.....I've entered the correct password (checked it on our normal account).  NL what's up with the error?  Thanks for the note to test the beta system, but you have to make it accessable....
