ver 2007 system notes returning wrong info

There was a lot of screaming on my part a while back, regarding the ability for the field on customers that turns credit holds to on, off or auto not being reflected in the system notes.

Thankfully, the system notes now pick this up, but only if the holds are turned off.  It does not report if the hold is turned to auto, or on..

Furthermore, the notes that are being returned when the hold is turned off are:
06/10/2007 12:53 pm  Angela Bayliss  Change  Address  - it then picks up the entire customer address

not exactly what I would expect.
