My Downloads in v2007

Has anyone else heard a release date for Issue 125890 - the fix for the My Downloads page error?  Our store is 85% downloadable products that customers can't get to after the purchase.  We're fielding numerous phone calls and support cases from irate customers.
Anyone have an update or experiencing the same thing?
