forced to calculate shipping twice??
We filed a case but were ultimatly told this was "by design". Anyway, with online orders - we always have to edit them to set the department. That forces us to recalc the UPS shipping even though nothing else changes, but we are used to that. This was in the order itself, we would then fulfill and bill no problem.
With 7.0, the behavior is the same before we fulfill, but when we go to bill we are forced to recalc shipping again. The support rep looking at this said that this is the way it has always been and is as designed so he argued we must have had some sort of script before that got around it. The fact that we dont have scripting on, never have, and would not know how to write a script even if we needed to did not change his mind that this is not a new problem.
