SEC Certification

Is Netsuite 2007.0 certified with the SEC?

With the upcoming IPO, did the needed compliance reporting, certification, and registration filings required for SEC certification help the rest of us with plans for an IPO?

Or, is it another add-on module?

Just curious what if anything client/users will need if we go down this path while using Netsuite for our IPO/SEC accounting.

Anyone do this yet while using Netsuite?
