Upgrades/Release and Beta process
I hate having to vent on the forum, but I do so in hope that things might change for the better.
Personally, the idea of a beta account to test before our production accounts are upgraded is a great idea. Yet, I feel I wasted a lot of time testing because newer versions have been release (with a load of new issues) that I can't test. My beta has been turned off, patches are going out, and I still don't know for sure how long it will be for my account to be upgraded in production. I just hope we aren't crippled because of the bugs introduced after I lost beta access.
