2007 uncategorized items not searchable.

Has anyone had an issue with items not being searchable in the webstore after the 2007 upgrade.  We have about 50,000 items that we sell that are not in categories.  Now after the Friday upgrade they do not come up in our webstore.  You can still find them from the url component but not when doing a search.   Called customer support but they have no record of a problem with other upgrades and I was told they will research it.

We need to get this going ASAP for obvious reasons.

All the typical settings are correct.  Items have prices, website setup is checked to dispay items without a category, etc.
