Netsuite Menus Slow to Drop Down

Hi

I have noticed of late that the Netsuite menus are taking a long time to drop down (when I piut my cursor over them) and sometimes pages are taking ages to refresh, even though they seem to have fully drawn, the circle icon (like an egg timer) keeps spinning suggesting the page is still being written.

It is particularly noticable on the All Redcent Records menu tab, which seesm to take even longer than the rest of the menus to become live.

My preferences are set to 'Open when mouse rolls over tab'

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to improve this. Is it a known issue?
