Field Order Not Showing Consistently

Using the new option for laying out your cart page we have our Item Name/Code showing in the cart. It also shows on the Review & Submit Your Order screen, However, when you submit the order the Thank You Screen reverts back to the old format that show the Store Display Name and does not show Item Name/Code field and neither does the confirmation email.

Anyway to specify so that the Thank You Screen and Confirmation Email have the same fields as the new Cart screen did?
