Printing problems!!

Hi,
Whenever we print any form (invoice, pick tickets, etc) , strange symbols print instead of text. Tested on firefox and safari on 3 accounts/roles/stations.
WE CAN'T PRINT ANY FORMS!!!  ANY IDEAS??
