Sales Tax Incorrect

I filed a report on this about 6 months ago, and then again two weeks ago, but as I have had no response I thought I would post it here.  There is a report that shows how much we owe the sales tax vendors.  It shows taxable sales, tax collected and tax due.  I can see no pattern in this, but tax due and tax collected never equals taxable sales times the tax rate.
