Descriptions & memos

We're having a problem with descriptions and memos being changed on transactions and aren't saving. Specifically on item fulfillments, quotes and invoices. This is a serious problem as memos and descriptions are the backbone of each transaction!

Anyone else having this problem or have logged a case about this?
