Kits in Return Authorizations
We are having a problem with v2007. When you create an RMA from a sales order, the exact items are included, ie kits, inventory items, etc. When the RMA is recieved, the only items which show a "Return to Stock" check box are inventory items not the kits. If there are a combination of the two, NS will make the necessary entires for the inventory items and ignore the kits causing inaccurate information to be recorded.
Does anyone else have this problem and is there an easier work-around other than manually breaking down the kits into components?
