What's New in Version 2007.1

We're being upgraded tonight and received an email about it (see below).

I've spent the last 20 minutes looking all over NetSuite for the documents listed below.  Can anyone explain where to find "The Sneak Peak" document and the list of issues resolved in Version 2007.1?  How do we get into the NetSuite Support Center?  We don't have a support agreement and the only link I can find from within NetSuite is Support --> Customer Support --> NetSuite Support Login.  NetSuite Support Login just gives me a picklist of values to choose from to determine how long NetSuite can have access to our data for purposes of Case Support.
