NIGHTMARE - Web Checkout Completely Broken

Not a good situation... I just found out that no one can checkout of our website since 9PM EST last night.

Here is the error that is provided as soon as anyone clicks to checkout...

I'm very concerned that we fix this right away. I can't imagine how much $ we are losing but it's a bad situation.

I'm on hold now for 40 minutes for support. Any help would be appreciated.
