Mouse right-click to paste

When trying to paste text, we have had some trouble using the mouse's right-click function since upgrading to v2007.

The latest odd behavior is that after placing the cursor in a specific spot and clicking the right mouse button, the cursor moves down 1-2 lines. This specifically occurs in the Reply text box on Cases. The selected/copied text does paste.

Previously, we had issues where the right-click function to paste did not work. Instead, we used the CTRL-V keystroke, which is frustrating to users.
