Custom records Period set to USA time

Uploading some custom records today which have Date and Period on them I notice that they get set with the Period as August despite our company Date Time being September.

Can NetSuite get the clock on servers which host the Asia/Pacific DB's on the correct time??? Setting the company datetime in preferences does not really work in depth.
