Help, multiple website

HI,
Does anyone know how to set up "multiple website" which is in the 2007 document?
My company want 3 website.
1. Catelogue. View by our customers and our customer's customers. We are a whole sale company, we don't want our customer's customer know our name.
On this site, I don't want the price list there at all. But I can not hide it.
2. Company news. View by our customers.
3. Webstore. We may have some new product want to put on the web to sell directly to public.
It seems the NS support doesn't know it either.
