can not reach support

We were upgraded last night to ver 2007.1 and today we're having problems and need to get ahold of support.

We have platinum support and tried to call in today and entered our account number and was informed that we don't have telephone support.

What's up with that?

the number was 8773689086

also tried gold support number 8665221508 with no luck

anyone having the same issue?
