Non-Avaiable support
It always takes long time for support. Last time, I complained here after 4 days no response from support. I get timely support for couple of times. Now, I have seveal support cases opening for 4 days, and receive no any response.
I contacted my account manager twice after the sales, no any response.
What do you think? Every other user?
