Credit Card Numbers hidden

The new release from this weekend has masked all the credit card numbers. We're still manually running the cards through our cc machine, but now we can't do that. I understand the need for security, but shouldn't it be an option whether we want to be able to see the numbers or not? NS is forcing us to use a cc processor adding additional costs unnecessarily.

Is there a way to unmask the cc numbers?
