Trouble checking out.

Since Friday we have seen a significant online sales drop.  I could  have not been able to pin point it but have been getting emails from customers stating that they are having problems with the shopping cart.  More specifically they cannot choose a state at check out and finally give up.

Any one else having this problem. Or any suggestions.  I have replied to them asking for what browser OS they are using. An email from a customer is below.

I am entering a correct address, yet the site is not accepting it....a pop-up is saying that a state must be listed....and I click on New York, but the pop up keeps poping up.  I find this both annoying and frustrating.
