Grouping State/Province field in Search Results Not working

Our organization has many Saved Searches/KPI's in which the search results are grouping by State/Province.  Since we've upgraded to 2007.1 recently we are finding many problems accessing the data in these search results.  Does anyone else Group search results on Address fields?  Has anybody else found these problems?

The Grouped results display OK by State - but clicking on the grouping (for example click on state of Florida) doesn't yield just the Florida results it yields all the results.
