Pick Tickets printing in Customer's Language not the Netsuite User's language.
We have customers around the world using our customer center and choosing the language they would like to view it with. This has worked great in the past, but since the upgrade to version 2007 now all transactions printed for these customers are printing in their language, not the language of the user logged in. So when someone goes to process orders, they get pick tickets in 7 different languages. This is a huge problem for us since our warehouse staff at 3 shipping locations can only read one language.
