Random Issues with Disappearing Data
Since the new release we are experiencing a few random issues.
Sometimes whin saving a sales order with the "Get Authorization" option on, an error will return saying there is a problem with our CC processor. This would not be a problem, and we could just try again, except that when NetSuite throws an error like this, it wipes out all the info in the unsaved order. This is regardless if we use the browser back button or the NetSuite "Go Back" button.
We experience a similar issue when processing orders for shipment. Screens will just go blank when using the "Save & Print" options.
