2007.1: Adv Billing with Adv Shipping

In the past, you could not have Advanced Billing turned on if you enabled Advanced Shipping (mucked up fulfillment menu selections and the help screen stated a warning that the two were incompatible).

I no longer see the warning about this in the help screen but have seen no mention in the release notes.

Does anyone know? Can we use Advanced Billing with Advanced Shipping now in 2007.1?
