New Enhancement Request method

Hello,

I'm really looking forward to Netsuite's new improved method for voting on Enhancement Requests.

However I am also hoping you could enable us to implement a similar thing within our own accounts to get contributions from our own employee's partners customers etc which we could use to improve our own products, methods, etc.

Very similar to what is already done here: http://blogs.salesforce.com/ideas/

Is this possible?

We have a custom record "Suggestions" but it's not very flash, would love to be able to vote, discuss, view top favorites, view recent, etc, etc.. sort of like an "internal" wishlist.
