Reconciliation / Cleared Transaction Issues

I believe this is another 2008.1 related issue I ran into over the weekend. I have not filed a Case yet however. I was reconciling on Saturday and when I selected 'Hold" on the reconciliation and then went back into the Bank Registrar, all of the previously cleared transactions since the previous Statement end date were uncleared. This happened 3X in a row and wasted 1/2 of my Saturday.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or know if this is a known issue filed somewhere? If not, I will create a Case and get working on a resolution.
