Multi-store Ecommerce Option - Not Working?

We have tried to implement and use the Multi-store Ecommerce option on November 20, paid for the Multistore option, but currently working with Netsuite on trying to get it to work.

Is anyone using successfully using the multi-store Ecommerce option today ? Please, let me know any experiences as we like what it can offer, but have yet to get it to work and be successful. We are wondering if we are Netsuite beta Customer for this feature, our Multi-company site is currently down and working with Netsuite to hopefully resolve soon... Jim
