Lost Gift Certificate Authentication Codes in Migration
We migrated to 2008.1 last night and in the process, we lost the authentication codes for all existing gift certificates.
If I go into Lists>Accounting>Gift Certificates, I see the gift certificates listed with thier balance, but the Authentication Code is missing. When entering a authentication code into a sales order where we know the code to be valid and to have a balance on the gift certiificate, we get a message saying ""No Match". Given that, we have no ability to redeem valid gift certificates.
On gift certificates created today in version 2008.1, all seems to be fine.
