URGENT - Checkout failing
As of this morning's release, every customer that tries to check out of our website gets an error after they hit submit after the final order review screen - in order to finalize their charge.
" You must enter a valid email address in order to email the transaction. "
They then are returned to the order review screen.
This only occurs if it is a **NEW CUSTOMER** (which is 95% of our customers!).
Existing customers, no problem.
I have removed all of our javascript from the shopping cart process, same problem... so it isn't our javascript code on the client side.
We don't have any suitescript that executes on customer creation, so I can't imagine it is that either.
