Where is the SSS debugger??? (2008.1)

Can anyone find the debugger? My sandbox switched over to 2008.1 and I see Setup>Customization>Script Debugger, I log back in in the new domain (https://debugger.netsuite.com???) but it looks the same as the regular UI. I can't find this debugger anywhere yet.

debugger.sandbox.netsuite.com does not respond, it appears to be offline.
