Item Effectivity Date
We do not want our new launch items to show up for the Sales staff until we are ready to release the line. If they have access to the new line and see inventory on hand, they will sometimes upsell to the new line prior to blowing out the old line. I can't find a way other than the 'inactive' flag, which doesn't allow any activity though, to handle this. My last system had effectivity dates for items and BOM's, not sure how do do this in NS any ideas ?
