Unexpected error when trying to edit journal entries

Have filed a report by filling out form that appears when the message is received that there is an unexpected error when clicking the Edit or Make Copy buttons in a journal entry that was created before the upgrade.  This is having a significant impact and needs some quick attention.  Please advise if you have experienced the same problem or have any ideas of what to do about it.
