Cannot Customize Standard BOM Transaction Form

Hi,

We have NetReturn Australia Case 9700 for the issue where our Beta testing went swimmingly where we customized the Standard BOM Transaction Form to include Bin Codes (and some other things), so our Production team can finally use Netsuite to generate a picking ticket in v2008.1.

We got 2008.1 on Friday night.

We clicked Customize on the Standard BOM Transaction form and created the new form and clicked Save to get an IE pop-up message box (different to the usual white Netsuite screen) stating "This form could not be saved due to an unexpected error".

Because Beta testing had gone well, we abandoned our previous method of ODBC generated picking slips as they were not realtime and awkward to run.  Now we are in a hole...  Can any of you Netsuite Gods shed any help for us?
