Can not enter a sales order since the upgrade

Basically netsuite is freezing up, so when we are entering new customer information for an order it will save that information, but then won't populate anything into the sales order, no address info, and it won't let us enter a credit card.  Also when we attempt to change any address or payment information in a sales order it will not allow us to.  It just keeps coming up with errors on the page. 

We are using IE 7 on 3 comps with vista and 3 xp
We have just downloaded firefox on them all to try and get by. But there are still some issues there as well.
