Cannot read property "value" from undefined (RecordValidation#14004) - 2008.1

Hey Guys,

We were updated to 2008.1 on Friday.   We populate opportunity records in an AfterSubmit script from the prospect record and since being upgraded, i am receiving the following error when attempting to do so.

Any ideas?

Script: Prospect Server Script
Type: User Event
Function: AfterSubmit
Error: UNEXPECTED_ERROR
TypeError: Cannot read property "value" from undefined (RecordValidation#14004)
