Just Upgraded - Prices on Website now Wrong!

edited Dec 13, 2019 11:43PM in General 2 comments

We were upgraded to v2008.1 this weekend. Ever since, any item sold in PAIRS are displaying a per PIECE price on our website. Coupled with item descriptions that indicate pairs or multiple pairs at this extremely low price, we have been inundated with confused and/or angry customer calls when the correct price shows in the shopping cart. The customers expect to get the price shown on the website, even though this is well below our cost in most cases.

Our case number with Netsuite #708693. We even showed the support reps a cached version of our working web site from last week. I got a very bad feeling that Netsuite does not view this is very critical.

Howdy, Stranger!
