Content Manager does not allow multiple item selection

I am trying to manage related items and assign new items to pages using the content manager.  The "Add Multiple" option does allow for the item window to appear, but you cannot select any items.

I can use the Add Multiple option on other forms throughout the system (estimate, SO, etc.).

Using IE7.  V2008.1
