Vendor Return - Cannot submit form

We were just updated over the weekend to the new release 2008.1 and the following problem has crept up.  When a Vendor Return authorization is in the Pending Return state, and we try to perform the return function (shipping the items back to the vendor), I received a Windows Internet Explorer error of "You cannot submit this form due to an unexpected error."  Nothing else with security or anything has changed since the upgrade.

Help.
