Message from Customer field expanded overnight !!
Hi,
I just reported a new support call to NetSuite support (ref: 735007).
The 'message from customer' field on support cases just grew from a 3-line text box to a 20-line text box. Not the end of the world, but the other fields on the case form have now been shunted across to the right-side of the page, which is a little inconvenient.
This is a part of the form that you cannot amend, so we have to live with it until the problem is fixed.
Just thought I would let you know, in case you spot the same problem.
