Safari - Sales Order / Add Multiple with QTY>1 doesn't work ?

With Firefox v3 still out of commission (ARGH!), we are now experiencing problems adding multiple items with QTY>1 on Safari. 

Trying to figure out if this is a problem with our implementation (maybe javacript?) or general.  Anyone else having this problem?  When I click "Done" from the add multiple box it goes away and does not populate the sales order.
