urgent, Matrix option not showing

How many problems will I have after Netsuite update?
case 735541.
Our shopping site is not working properly now.
We can choose "colour","size","quantity" then press"buy" before. Now we have to drill down to the item to see the "colour" and "size" option.
It's like add salt to hurt for our already not user friendly Matrix item Netsuite shopping website.
