Customer on Time Entry Forms
Hello!
With the new release it appears that we are unable to edit existing time entry records for Customer and/or Case/Task/Event. We are using advanced job tracking. It looks like the entries are converted to inline text after creation. Where is this controlled? As supervisors approve entries, they often have the need to edit for correct allocation.
