Time Entries posting on wrong dates?!

I don't see a post about this anywhere; I apologize if I just missed it, so here goes a new post...

We are having some issues with numerous employees entering their time but it will save under different dates.  When in view mode, it'll show the wrong dates, however in edit mode it'll reflect the correct dates.  However, this error doesn't flow through into the Time Approval area, nor does it affect the invoicing, but still an error on the Time Tracking screen.
