Auto-email no longer working on 2008.2
I have a custom Saved Search that e-mails customers a summary of their order after it has shipped. This was working fine until 2008.2, and now it no longer works and I'm wondering how to fix it.
Briefly, I have a Custom Transaction Body Field called "Email Tracking Info To:". When a sales person is entering a Sales Order, they can put any email address they want into this field, and when the Fulfillment for the Sales Order is marked Shipped, we send an email to this address.
In my Saved Search under the Email tab, I have my email address under Specific Recipients, and under Recipients from Results I have "Created From : Email Tracking Info To: (Custom).
