2008.2 Worth The Trouble?
Hi,
I'm posting some of my frustrations to see if I'm alone here. Since 8/22 when we were upgraded to the 2008.2 release, I have had to file 12 new support cases for issues related to the new release. That's a lot of my time spent calling support, waiting on hold, trying to explain the problem to the support staff and then following up and testing the issue to see if it has been resolved.
My point is that I haven't seen much in the way of new features in the new release that makes me think it has been worth all the hassle. Does anyone here share a similar point of view?
