BETA access

Hi All,
I need to extend my Beta account access for a week or two.
I was able to get access to my account today after many attempts...:eek:
I had to call Customer Support to access it.
I asked if it was possible to extend my account but i was told to ask that to my Account Manager.Contacted my Account Manager and he told me that it is not possible.
I really need more time to make sure that my production account is not going to have any problems.
In the past, we had have so many problems that we were afraid of every release.
