List problems
When viewing a list of customers, there is a pencil/notepad on the left side. If you mouse over, it pops up a number of options for creating new records (New Task, New Phone Call, New Opportunity, etc.).
Historically, if you selected one of the "new" options for a particular customer in the list it would create that record and associate it with that customer.
However, now several of those "new" options create the record but do not associate with the customer. For example, "New Task" will create the task but not populate the customer field. This is not the case with all options -- the "New Opportunity" option does still associate with the customer.
