We are experiencing severe issues with the upgrade, I have the following case logged 776976, and another pending a current WEBEX. I need someone's help right away. We cannot fulfill any Sales Orders in our system and all our Pick Tickets (951 in the que) have zero detail on them !!!! Everything is wiped out. I have called NS support and, as usual, "they are looking into it" after an hour webex. Our business is completely stopped !!! It is month end and a new FAll launch for us and I have our 3PL in a hold status as well.
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP !!!!
